Art Bytes Workshop
In 12 entertaining in-person sessions, we will explore and discuss everything you want to know about the visual arts: how and why artists create, the materials and processes they use, and we’ll take a quick journey through many styles of art. This workshop is designed for those who are curious about art’s many manifestations, wish to begin collecting, or want to feel more comfortable in a gallery or museum.
All aspects of this workshop are negotiable: price, location, dates, and number of sessions. I will need the hosting party to provide a computer, projector, remote, and screen, as this workshop is dependent on PowerPoint presentations. Design B.O.O.T. Camp Workshop
Good design makes all the difference in effective art! We will investigate drawing, the elements of art, principles of design, and good composition for artwork in any medium, in a supportive environment with hands-on practice. This workshop is designed for all levels of artist: those who wish to improve their skills in any medium, or those who are just beginning. No prior art experience is required. Four half-days or two full days are optimal for this workshop.
