Thank you for visiting my website! This site contains information for my two domains: debsniderart.com and art1st.org. My personal website has information about me and my artwork, a digital gallery, and workshops you may be interested in hosting.

Art1st.org originated when I was teaching art education teaching methods classes at Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University) and Southern Utah University. My students and I felt then, as we do now, that the arts should be central in all schools, as they animate learning in all other disciplines. Art1st.org also promotes the idea that artists can support agencies and organizations in which they believe by dedicating a portion of their art sales to those agencies. On my gallery pages, you will see that I am donating 20% of my net sales of original artwork to those causes for which I have created the artwork.
